Organizational and Supporter Level Participants can register for the HIMSS11 Interoperability Showcase until capacity is reached. Please note based on date of registration your organization may NOT qualify for all participant level benefits. Please follow the steps below to educate your organization about the registration process and opportunities available for the HIMSS11 Interoperability Showcase.
- Learn about the HIMSS11 Interoperability Showcase
- Review the HIMSS 11 Interoperability Showcase Participation Levels
- Contact the HIMSS Sales Staff to finalize your contract
- Complete and return the HIMSS11 Interoperability Showcase contract to your sales representative
- Full Payment is due to HIMSS with signed contract | HIMSS 6923 Eagle Way, Chicago, IL 60678-1692
Leadership & Implementer Level participants (Connected Demonstration participants) will not be accepted after the close of the registration period on October 8, 2010.

August 12, 17 & 31, 2010- This session will be repeated three times.
Final Registration details will be announced on August 12, 2010 in a joint session that will cover both the HIMSS11 Interoperability Showcase & IHE N.A. Connectathon 2011. We will also repeat this session again on August 17 & 31, 2010 for those interested parties that are unable to attend the August 12 session. Please register in advance by using the links below.

TIMELINE & KEY DEADLINES
- Current: Vendor use cases are available for review now.
- August 16, 2010: HIMSS11 Interoperability Showcase registration opens
- August 16, 2010: IHE North American Connectathon 2011 registration opens
- October 8, 2010: Registration for both the IHE North America Connectathon 2011 and HIMSS11 Showcase closes for Leadership & Implementer participants. Supporter & Organizational participants will be accepted until capacity is reached.
- October 8, 2010: All final payments must be received by HIMSS finance for the Showcase & Connectathon
- October 2010 - February 2011: Attendance at monthly Showcase Planning Webinars is required*
- January 17 – 21, 2011: IHE North American Connectathon 2011 in Chicago, IL
- January 24 - February 11, 2011: Virtual Showcase Testing (VST)- online testing*
- February 18 - 20, 2011: HIMSS Interoperability Showcase set-up & onsite testing*
- February 20 – 24, 2011: HIMSS11 Annual Conference & Exhibition
- February 21- 23, 2011: HIMSS11 Exhibition
- February 21 – 24, 2011: HIMSS11 Interoperability Showcase**
*Additional details and specific dates will be published in the Showcase Participant Guidelines online September 2010 or contact your HIMSS Showcase team for more information.
** Note that the HIMSS11 Exhibit Hall is closed on February 21 & 24, 2011. However, due popular demand the HIMSS11 Interoperability Showcase will be open one additional day on February 24, 2011 from 9:30 – 12:30pm EST. Showcase Participants must be on-site for this additional day.
