Example Confirmation Letter

Thank you for completing your contract to participate in the HIMSS12 Interoperability Showcase. If you have any questions about your participation, please visit the HIMSS Interoperability Showcase website where there are a number of links to important information including the Participant Guidelines.

Complete your Registration for the HIMSS12 Interoperability Showcase ASAP:
Below are three steps that your organization needs to finish to complete your registration

  1. Complete HIMSS12 Business Contract: Receipt of this letter indicates that you have completed this step.
  2. Complete the Participant Capabilities Survey: HIMSS has developed an online survey to help better manage your organization’s participation in the HIMSS12  Interoperability Showcase. The Participant Capabilities Survey allows all participants to disclose their contact information and provide details about  their  role in the HIMSS12 Use Cases.
  3. Complete IHE N.A. Connectathon 2012 Registration- Connected Demonstration Participants only.*

All companies/organizations participating in the Connected Demonstration area of the Showcase must also register for the IHE North American Connectathon 2012 ASAP.

*If your company /organization is participating at the Supporter level or are sponsoring an Organizational station, you do not need to register for the Connectathon.

Logo and Company Name
Please submit your company logo, company name and company website to afliege@himss.org. The company logo must be submitted in high resolution .eps format. This logo will be used onsite and in print materials. The company name will appear in print and on the web with the case and punctuation you submit.

HIMSS12 Showcase Participant Guidelines & Check List
The HIMSS12 Participant Guidelines & Checklist will be placed on-line in September 2011. There are many important dates including planning & technical webinar dates and deadlines for deliverables listed on the Interoperability Showcase website.
